Text Messaging (SMS) Program
When you give us your mobile number, whether on a quote request, at booking, or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from C & J Lawn Care LLC. Our texts cover things like:

Website Forms
When you fill out a form on our website, we collect the information you enter so we can respond to your request. Your form submission may result in a text message or email from us. You can opt out at any time as described above.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on our website, we collect the information provided in the comment form, the visitor IP address, and browser user agent data to assist with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible publicly in the context of your comment.
Media Uploads
If you upload images to the website, please avoid including images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to our website can download and extract any location data contained in images published on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies last one year. When you access our login page a temporary cookie checks whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in we set cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last two days and screen option cookies last one year. If you select Remember Me your login persists for two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookies. If you edit or publish an article an additional cookie is saved in your browser that includes only the post ID of the article you edited. It expires after one day.
Embedded Content From Other Websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos, images, or articles. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website. Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Data Retention
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow up comments automatically. Customer records such as service history, quotes, and invoices are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Registered users, if any, can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time except their username. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
